Vinyasa Yoga
A series of several yoga traditions including Ashtanga, Iyengar and traditional Hatha yoga practiced in a flow style, thus allowing the breathe to initiate the movement from one posture to the next. The flow of poses varies depending on the format chosen to access the body differently in each class. Vinyasa builds core strength, coordination, flexibility and a sense of serenity in the body. Students of all levels of ability and yoga experience are honored for their unique differences, limitations and talents in a Non-competitive environment. Best of all its really fun!
Kids Yoga
Fun, active and also relaxing, a non-competitive activity for kids 5-12 years old that gives self-confidence, strength and flexibility. This class teaches kids to trust each other in partner poses and games. They will learn to turn inward, develop control over their bodies and open their hearts to better connect with the world around them. Kids will love becoming the animals that the poses are named after. They will have fun while strengthening their growing bodies, stretching their muscles and improving their balance and coordination. Yoga will start them on a path toward lifelong health and happiness.
But ………shhhhh, Don't tell them it’S good for them!
Private session
For the first timer or the experienced practitioner working one on one can be very beneficial. Students can ask questions, explore yogic philosophy and asana practice. We will be working on a therapeutic level to locate any blocked areas and explore poses that will benefit you most. If you are working with an injury or condition we can explore that and perhaps put together a home program. A private yoga session can take place at The Yoga Room or at your home, you choose. Please call Cherie for more information or to make an appointment 303 905-2205.
Restorative Yoga
You will be guided through a series of meditative poses while your body is held and supported by bolsters, pillows, straps, and blankets.
By resting deeply, your body engages its natural ability to heal, rest and restore. The effect is profoundly nurturing, thoughtful, and balancing.

"Thank you for introducing my daughter
to yoga. I have to tell you that we saw a
real change in her every time she would
come from one of your classes.
She would seem so centered and calm
and really focused. Doing homework
with her after yoga class was a
breath of fresh air."
Thank you,
